Ce plat sera publi\u00e9 plus tard sur notre site donc on va \u00e9viter de trop spoiler. Sachez simplement que cela nous ram\u00e8ne directement au Moyen-\u00c2ge (comme beaucoup de choses en Alsace, notamment la ranc\u0153ur anti-lorrains), voire \u00e0 l&rsquo;Ancien Testament biblique car il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;un plat de shabbat. Pourquoi ce lien ? Parce que les fleischschnaka \u00e9taient traditionnellement r\u00e9alis\u00e9s le lundi avec les restes de baeckaoffa du dimanche. Tout comme peu l&rsquo;\u00eatre la salade de pot-au-feu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On retrouve la forme des fleischschnaka et le fait de les servir avec un peu de bouillon dans certains raviolis allemands, les Maultaschen. On les sert traditionnellement sur un lit de salade verte accompagn\u00e9e de vinaigrette au vinaigre Melfor et moutarde \u00ab\u00a0condiment\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"real3dflipbook\"
