On le raconte en effet datant de 1950, 1963 voire de l&rsquo;\u00e8re Napol\u00e9onienne alors la Francesi\u00f1ha est d&rsquo;une adaptation du croque-monsieur fran\u00e7ais par un immigr\u00e9 portugais. Ici encore, immigr\u00e9 en France ou en Belgique, les avis diff\u00e8rent. Toujours est-il Daniel David de Silva aurait essay\u00e9 d&rsquo;adapter le plat fran\u00e7ais aux go\u00fbts portugais avec des viandes locales et une sauce bi\u00e8re-tomates personnalis\u00e9e une fois de retour au pays, alors qu&rsquo;il travaillait \u00e0 A Regaleira, un restaurant de la rue de  Bonjardim \u00e0 Porto, dans le Nord du pays.Les premiers \u00e0 go\u00fbter cette bombe calorique innovante furent les habitu\u00e9s, qui se rendaient quotidiennement au Regaleira. Le plaisir fut unanime. Une seule question subsistait&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Comment nommer ce snack&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb C&rsquo;est alors que quelqu&rsquo;un a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 le nom de \u00ab&nbsp;Francesi\u00f1ha \u00bb. En effet, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, les Portugaises \u00e9taient plus conservatrices, tandis que les Fran\u00e7aises \u00e9taient plus d\u00e9complex\u00e9es. Un plat aussi \u00e9pic\u00e9 et provocateur m\u00e9ritait un nom qui caract\u00e9risait si bien ces Fran\u00e7aises \u00e9l\u00e9gantes et confiantes, tout en rappelant les origines et voyages du cr\u00e9ateur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important d&rsquo;essayer de trouver les ingr\u00e9dients typiques du plat (saucisses, maceira, &#8230;) dans les \u00e9piceries ou sites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s
