Il y a encore d\u00e9bat entre \u00ab\u00a0Bibbeli\u00a0\u00bb&nbsp;qui signifie&nbsp;\u00ab\u00a0bouton\u00a0\u00bb (en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux empreintes des trous dans le tamis \u00e0 caill\u00e9 ou \u00ab\u00a0K\u00e4snapf\u00a0\u00bb), et \u00ab Bibbele \u00bb signifiant \u00ab\u00a0poussins de poulet\u00a0\u00bb  ce qui en aurait fait un nourriture aviaire puisque dans les ann\u00e9es 1950, on les nourrissait encore avec une sorte de fromage blanc, le \u00ab\u00a0Ziewalask\u00e4s\u00a0\u00bb (qui \u00e9tait cependant largement consomm\u00e9e par la population  pendant la famine d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-guerre).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, cette recette englobe \u00e9galement son accompagnement traditionnel de pommes de terres saut\u00e9es dans un plat en fonte fr\u00e9quemment pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9es d&rsquo;une cuisson \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau. On les agr\u00e9mente \u00e9galement de lardons \u00e0 la cuisson (facultatifs en mode v\u00e9g\u00e9) et sert le tout avec une salade verte dont la vinaigrette est faite de vinaigre Melfor et de moutarde condiments. J&rsquo;arrose pour ma part le fromage blanc d&rsquo;une bonne dose de poivre noir moulu et le tout d&rsquo;une copieuse dose de Maggi.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"real3dflipbook\" id=\"39_69f5fd60c67fd\"
