N\u00e9anmoins, on attribue l&rsquo;origine du plat \u00e0 la Turquie. En effet, \u00ab\u00a0shish\u00a0\u00bb signifie \u00ab brochette \u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0tawook\u00a0\u00bb signifie \u00ab poulet \u00bb. Bien que chaque pays puisse avoir sa propre version du shish tawook, la base est la m\u00eame : du poulet en cubes marin\u00e9 dans un yaourt \u00e9pic\u00e9 et grill\u00e9 en brochettes. Si le Shish taouk est apparu d\u00e8s le XVI\u00e8me si\u00e8cle sous le r\u00e8gne ottoman, il faudra attendre 1918 pour qu&rsquo;il se d\u00e9mocratise au Liban.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div
