L&rsquo;aubergine a une place importante comme dans ce banjaan borani, sorte de croisement entre un caviar d&rsquo;aubergine et de poivrons recouvert de deux sauces diff\u00e9rentes, l&rsquo;une rouge relev\u00e9e et l&rsquo;autre blanche, relev\u00e9e ou non. Plat aux saveurs complexe, toujours rafraichissant et carr\u00e9ment healthy, le banjaan borani signifie \u00ab\u00a0plat de yahourt froid\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div
