Evacuons tout de suite le cheeseburger qui semble assez \u00e9vident. Pour le reste, il tire ses origines \u00e0 la fois du Juicy Lucy qui \u00e9tait un burger invers\u00e9 (un steak fourr\u00e9 au cheddar) du Matt&rsquo;s bar \u00e0 Minneapolis dans les ann\u00e9es 1950 et du buns am\u00e9ricain (mais en fait canadien) dont nous vous avons partag\u00e9 la recette <a href=\"https:\/\/worldfoodhacks.fr\/?p=172\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/worldfoodhacks.fr\/?p=172\">ici<\/a>. C&rsquo;est de cette recette qu&rsquo;il semble le plus proche, \u00e0 ceci pr\u00e8s que le steak hach\u00e9 y est entier et que tous les ingr\u00e9dients d&rsquo;un bon cheeseburger s&rsquo;y retrouvent. La technique de p\u00e2te est relativement diff\u00e9rente, lui donnant un cot\u00e9 plus gonfl\u00e9 vraiment excellent. On ne ne va pas se mentir, cela prend un peu de temps mais le jeu en vaut la chandelle !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ses premi\u00e8res apparitions datent de&nbsp;2015&nbsp;aux USA sur des blogs comme In Good Flavor avant d&rsquo;atteindre la France en 2016.
