Lors d\u2019une visite \u00e0 Sienne, les p\u00e2tissiers locaux auraient en effet cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour lui un dessert en son honneur, parfois appel\u00e9&nbsp;<em>zuppa del duca<\/em>&nbsp;(\u00ab soupe du duc \u00bb). D\u2019autres versions mentionnent que les V\u00e9nitiennes et les prostitu\u00e9es consommaient du tiramisu pour ses vertus aphrodisiaques ou stimulantes durant la Renaissance, d\u2019o\u00f9 le lien avec le nom tiramisu (\u00ab tire-moi en haut \u00bb, moralement ou physiquement). Au final, plusieurs r\u00e9gions d\u2019Italie revendiquent sa paternit\u00e9 (Toscane, Frioul, V\u00e9n\u00e9tie, Lombardie, Pi\u00e9mont), mais la version moderne et codifi\u00e9e du tiramisu appara\u00eet \u00e0&nbsp;Tr\u00e9vise, en V\u00e9n\u00e9tie, au restaurant Le Beccherie dans les ann\u00e9es 1960 et il n\u2019existe aucune mention du dessert dans un ouvrage ou dictionnaire de cuisine italien avant les ann\u00e9es&nbsp;1960-1970. Ce sont en effet Ado Campeol, restaurateur \u00e0 Tr\u00e9vise, et le chef p\u00e2tissier Roberto Linguanotto qui seraient ses cr\u00e9ateurs officiels autour de 1968, associant \u0153ufs, sucre, mascarpone, et boudoirs tremp\u00e9s dans du caf\u00e9 et cacao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 de nombreux plats et recettes, celui-ci ets devenu instantan\u00e9ment viral. Le&nbsp;march\u00e9 mondial du tiramisu industriel en bo\u00eete \u00e9tait \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0&nbsp;pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un milliard de dollars en 2024&nbsp;et devrait atteindre&nbsp;entre 1,5 et 2 milliards d\u2019ici 2033. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessresearchinsights.com\/fr\/market-reports\/boxed-tiramisu-market-100697\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>L\u2019Europe, notamment l\u2019Italie (o\u00f9 il est \u00e0 la carte de chaque restaurant), la France et l\u2019Allemagne, d\u00e9tient la plus grande part de march\u00e9, mais la consommation explose aussi en Asie-Pacifique o\u00f9 l\u2019engouement pour les desserts italiens est tr\u00e8s fort.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sphericalinsights.com\/fr\/reports\/boxed-tiramisu-market\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Italie, se tient chaque ann\u00e9e le concours du meilleur Tiramisu du Monde.
