{"id":1379,"date":"2025-06-20T13:32:07","date_gmt":"2025-06-20T11:32:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldfoodhacks.fr\/?p=1379"},"modified":"2025-06-20T13:32:07","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T11:32:07","slug":"chokladsnittar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldfoodhacks.fr\/?p=1379","title":{"rendered":"Chokladsnittar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ce biscuit est cens\u00e9 faire partie de la fameuse tradition su\u00e9doise des 7 biscuits (<em>sju sorters kakor<\/em>) du XIXe si\u00e8cle dont nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/worldfoodhacks.fr\/?p=930\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/worldfoodhacks.fr\/?p=930\">havreflarn<\/a>. On retrouve cependant tr\u00e8s peu de recettes de biscuits au chocolat dans les livres de cuisine jusque dans les ann\u00e9es 1930 mais il existe une trace de son anc\u00eatre, le <em>chokladringar<\/em>, dans un ouvrage de 1924. La p\u00e2te contenait moins de beurre et plus d&rsquo;\u0153ufs qu&rsquo;une p\u00e2te <em>chokladsnittar <\/em>classique et \u00e9tait fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e en anneaux avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre badigeonn\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u0153uf et saupoudr\u00e9e de sucre perl\u00e9. A la veille de la seconde guerre mondiale, on trouve trace d&rsquo;une recette d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en forme de biscuits et contenant \u00e9galement du chocolat \u00e0 cuire. Il faut ensuite attendre 1946 pour voir apparaitre le <em>chokladbr\u00f6d <\/em>(pains au chocolat), tr\u00e8s similaires aux <em>chokladsnittar <\/em>actuels, mais d\u00e9coup\u00e9s en forme de biscuits ronds et saupoudr\u00e9s d&rsquo;amandes effil\u00e9es (en plus du sucre perl\u00e9 habituel). Leur forme stabilis\u00e9e apparait enfin en 1953 dans certaines publicit\u00e9s de boulangerie mais le nom actuel n&rsquo;apparaitra qu&rsquo;en 1966. Depuis, des optimisations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, rempla\u00e7ant le chocolat par du cacao en poudre et en abaissant la dose de sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne nous mentons pas, le r\u00e9sultat sera tr\u00e8s proche en gout et en texture d&rsquo;un moelleux au chocolat donc pas de r\u00e9volution gustative. Mais qu&rsquo;est-ce que c&rsquo;est bon !
