S&rsquo;il va \u00eatre tr\u00e8s difficile d&rsquo;attribuer une origine \u00e0 un g\u00e2teau simple se d\u00e9finissant comme un m\u00e9lange de farine, de sucre et d&rsquo;\u0153ufs battus, les traces du t\u00f4t-fait dans les ouvrages (culinaires ou non) semblent converger vers le XIXe si\u00e8cle. Il est probable que ce g\u00e2teau fut pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avant la journ\u00e9e de travail pour l&#8217;emmener avec soi. L&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e le m\u00eame si\u00e8cle de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 dans les foyers, rendant moins d\u00e9pendant \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re du jour, e\u00fbt peut-\u00eatre un r\u00f4le dans sa d\u00e9mocratisation.<\/p>\n<p>La recette que nous livrons ici est une am\u00e9lioration avec des fruits, issue d&rsquo;une recette de famille qui m&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 partag\u00e9e.
